Warranty & Returns
OrderSeatCovers.com proudly stands behind the quality of our products. Our seat covers carry a 2 year limited warranty, which protects your seat covers against any manufacture defects.
All warranties are subject to manufacture approval. Any modifications to the product will void any and all warranties. Products will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. All warranties valid only with proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in factory condition. Returns must be done within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any embroidered or customized products are non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted until a return authorization number (RA#) number is issued by OrderSeatCovers.com. The RA# must be clearly displayed on the shipping packaging when returning the product. You can get an RA number by contacting our returns department at 1-866-777-7934 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will be responsible for any of the shipping cost associated in returning your item. Shipping charges on any order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping charges will be deducted from that refund.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any products that are returned to OrderSeatCovers.com®. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund you should receive.
